Tory Lanez Requests A Restraining Order Against Prison Guard

Tory Lanez has asked a federal judge for a restraining order against a prison guard.

TMZ reports that the rapper fears the guard will move him to a dangerous area of the prison. The court documents reveal that Lanez has been receiving ongoing threats, has been harassed, and intimidated.

Lanez is currently serving his sentence at the California Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo. The court documents also stated that the guard called Lanez’s near-fatal incident a “threatening matter.”

Tory Lanez was reportedly stabbed 14 times and suffered two collapsed lungs while in jail. He also filed a $100 million lawsuit against the prison over the stabbing and blamed the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, many correction officers, and the warden.

The lawsuit describes the attack on Lanez by a fellow inmate who allegedly has a violent history. In the new lawsuit, his legal team has asked the judge to approve the restraining order to avoid being hurt or harmed any further.

It goes on to say that he almost lost his life during the brutal attack, which has also affected him emotionally. They also ask that the particular guard not have any contact with him except for ordinary prison functions.
