    WHOA: Rae Sremmurd’s Step Father Shot and Killed + Younger Brother Taken Into Custody

    Damn this isn’t a good look at all.

    The stepfather of rap duo Rae Sremmurd has been shot and killed in Mississippi and the younger brother is now in custody. On Monday night (January 6th), 62- year-old Floyd Sullivan was reportedly shot multiple times and died from the gunshot wounds.

    According to reports, police officers were sent to the scene of the crime, where they took 19-year-old Michael Sullivan into custody who was in the house during the time of the murder. He is currently being held for psychiatric evaluation.

    Complex reports that Floyd Sullivan helped raise Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi since they were in middle school along with their mother Bernadette. Police have reported that Floyd Sullivan was the only victim in the shooting and that Michael is their person of interest.

    Before his untimely and tragic death in 1996, Tupac dreamed of opening a restaurant and 21 years later it’s finally coming true. The restaurant, Powamekka Café, will come to NYC for this weekend only. From April 7th-9th, you can enjoy some of the late rappers favorite food which included gumbo, meatloaf, fried chicken wings made by his cousin, Jamala. According to Tupac’s estate, guests who visits the pop-up restaurant during the three day weekend will see a lot of memorabilia of the Rapper such as pictures of his childhood, poems written by him, his classic music and more. The restaurant took over the exact same spot where Sweet Chick used to be at in the Lower East Side. Powamekka’s Café will be at 178 Ludlow Street. Stop by, enjoy the food and celebrate and remember the life of Tupac Shakur.
