    Remember that “one-room shack” that the late rapper Notorious B.I.G said that him and his mother lived in? Well, the shack has been transformed into a three-bedroom apartment that is being rented for $4000 a month.As reported by Uproxx, the apartment is listed on the real estate site, Compass. The listing reads the following:

    Amazing three-bedroom home with additional den/office and separate dining room with best light is now available for rent in the desired neighborhood of Clinton Hill historic district. The limestone eight-unit condominium prewar building was recently renovated and maintains gorgeous pre-war details, like hardwood floors and high ceilings, The kitchen has been has granite countertops, stainless appliances and lots of storage. This home also features a windowed dining room and a spacious southeast facing living room with an additional office. The building offers laundry, bike storage, and a common garden with plantings and barbecue area . One block from the subway and convenient to shops, restaurants and all Clinton Hill has to offer.     Jay-z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, has become hip-hop’s first ever Billionaire. According to Forbes, Jay-Z is worth $1 billion. Jay’s climb to the top stemmed from the many businesses that he owns.

    These businesses include stakes in art, real estate, in liquor and even in Uber. It also comes from the various businesses that he owns including Rocawear, which he ultimately sold for more than $200 million in 2007 to Iconic.

    Frank Lucas, known as one of Harlem’s notorious drug lords has died, he was 88. According to his nephew, Aldwan Lassiter, Lucas died in his Jersey home and has had some health issues.Lucas was born in North Carolina but became a big name during the 1960s and 1970s for selling large amounts of potent heroin where he would make $500,000.In 1975, Lucas’ house was raided and he was convicted and sentenced to serve decades in prison. He would eventually turn into an informant and serve only 5 years.In 2007, Denzel Washington would play the role of Frank Lucas in the movie ‘American Gangster’, directed by Ridley Scott. Lucas had major influence on the film and even gave advice to Washington on how he carried the guns.R.I.P to Frank Lucas.
