Dennis Rodman will be taking his place in the WWE Hall of Fame!

It was announced that the NBA legend will join AJ Styles, Demolition, and Stephanie McMahon for the 2026 class. The ceremony will take place at the Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas on April 17th, the night before Night 1 of Wrestlemania 42.

Rodman made his name on the basketball court and played in the NBA for 14 seasons with the San Antonio Spurs, the Detroit Pistons, the Chicago Bulls, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Dallas Mavericks from 1986 to 2000.

During the late 1990s, Rodman made his pro-wrestling debut in WCW, joining the stable nWo. He would later have three matches over the next few years. His most memorable match took place at “Bash at the Beach 1997, where he teamed up with the late “Hollywood Hulk Hogan” against Lex Luger and The Giant, where they were defeated.

A year later, Rodman and Hogan beat Diamond Dallas Page and fellow NBA legend Karl Malone at “Bash at the Beach 1998.” This match was epic because it took place one month after Rodman and the Bulls beat Malone and the Utah Jazz in the 1998 NBA Finals.

The NBA legend made his final appearance in WCW at Road Wild 1999 when he lost his match against the late “Macho Man” Randy Savage. Over the years, Dennis Rodman would wrestle occasionally and faced Curt Hennig in Australia in 2000. He also appeared at Hulk Hogan’s celebrity Championship Wrestling in 2008.

In 2023, Rodman appeared at AEW’s All Out in Chicago with The Acclaimed for their match against Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh, and Jeff Jarrett. Dennis Rodman will join Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali, Pete Rose, William “The Refrigerator” Perry, and Bob Uecker in the celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame.
