On last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw kicked off with WWE’s Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. Of course, the crowd greeted him with their series of cheers and boos but Reigns was there for another reason. And very quickly I was able to put it in remission. But I’m not going to lie, that was the hardest time in my life. I didn’t have a job, I have any money, I didn’t have a home and I had a baby on the way. And football was done with me,” Reigns said in an emotional speech to the WWE Universe in Rhode Island.Reigns also stated that he is not looking for sympathy by any means but is accepting prayers. He is determined to beat leukemia once again and return to the place he calls home, the WWE ring. With “Thank You Roman” chants filling the arena, Reigns left the belt in the middle of the ring and exited. He was met at the top of the ramp by his Shield Brothers, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins, who were visibly saddened over the news. They embraced each other and did their iconic Shield sign before leaving. Many of Reign’s colleagues, friends, and fans took to Twitter to express their gratitude and love for him.https://twitter.com/WWEDanielBryan/status/1054592928226664449https://twitter.com/RealKurtAngle/status/1054695037219549185https://twitter.com/ReneeYoungWWE/status/1054550206640021504https://twitter.com/thebrianposehn/status/1054599820126515200Watch the full clip below.https://youtu.be/skoF-kogglkAlso, here is the behind the scenes of fellow wrestlers showing Roman love.https://youtu.be/ig5gFxn1sPcWe are all wishing you a safe and speedy recovery Roman.
