    Desmond Scott Breaks Silence After Kristy Files For Divorce

    Desmond Scott released a statement after news circulated that he and his wife, Kristy, were getting divorced.

    In a statement on social media, the social media influencer and chef wrote, “I want to begin by apologizing to Kristy, our family, and everyone who has been impacted by the public attention surrounding this situation.”

    He continued, “I know this news has been disappointing for many, and I’m truly sorry for the hurt it has caused.” As the statement continues, Scott revealed that he wanted to separate and spoke to estranged wife about it.

    “Kristy and I faced challenges and made sincere efforts to work through them. Toward the end of 2025, I wanted to separate, and I had conversations with Kristy regarding this.” Scott wrote.

    “During this period, I made choices that I am not proud of. I took responsibility for those actions, I shared this with her directly and personally, and ultimately, we decided to divorce. I ask for privacy and compassion as we navigate this difficult chapter of our lives.”

    It was recently reported that Kristy Scott has filed for divorce from Desmond due to infidelity and said that there was no chance of reconciling and getting back together. The Scotts have been married since 2014 and have two sons together.

    Kristy and Desmond Scott are calling it quits.

    It’s been reported that Kristy filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Desmond, over alleged infidelity. The documents were filed in Harris County, Texas, where Kristy cited infidelity as the reason with no chance of reconciliation.

    The documents also say that they will soon stop living together as husband and wife.

    Kristy and Desmond Scott have been together since they were 14 years old and got married in 2014. They share to two sons, Vance and Westin.

    The couple became a popular social media sensation with their funny videos, design and renovation videos, as well as their cooking and prank videos.

    Kristy’s last post of Desmond was on TikTok early last December. Aside from being husband and wife, they are also co-owners of the production company, Meant To Be Films, which is centered around wedding storytelling and videography. There is no word on what’s going to happen to their business amid their divorce.

    Fans of beauty influencer, Jessica Pettway, are left sad and shocked after she passed away battling stage 3 cervical cancer.

    pettway, 36, who had a huge following on Instagram and YouTube, disclosed her diagnosis in July 2023 on instagram.

    However, what’s really sad about her story is that doctors had essentially misdiagnosed her. Pettway had revealed that when she went to the doctors after experiencing symptoms of extreme fatigue, and severe vaginal bleeding and they told her that she had uterine fibroids.

    Fibroids are benin tumors that form in a woman’s uterus and it is very common in african american. 50% of women will be diagnosed with fibroids by the age of 35.

    after being hospitalized because of the bleeding, it was later revealed that her fibroids were in fact cervical cancer.

    Studies show that women and minorities are 20 to 30 percent more likely to experience medical misdiagnosis compared to white men.

    Jessica Pettway is survived by her husband of twelve years and her two children ages, 10 and 3.
