Lil Tjay has been arrested in connection with the shooting of Offset.
According to reports, the rapper was arrested Monday evening in Florida and later booked into the Broward County Jail. He was charged with a misdemeanor disorderly conduct-affray. He is currently being held on a $500 bond.
The Seminole Police reported that Tjay was involved in a physical altercation with the former Migos rapper before the shooting. A second person of interest was also detained at the scene but has not been charged.
It was recently reported that Offset was shot at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. A rep close to Offset stated that he is in stable condition and receiving medical care at the hospital.
Lil Tjay’s lawyer released a statement and denied his involvement in the shooting rumors. “Lil Tjay has not been shot, nor has Lil Tjay been charged with any shooting. Any reporting to the contrary is false.”
