    IMG_20170906_075653The Music gods have answered our prayers! A new Michael Jackson project is set to be released this September and we are all excited for it. This huge announcement was made on the late superstar’s Twitter account with a 15-second animated teaser with a series of Halloween-themed clips and samples of his hits, including Dangerous, Scream, Blood on the Dance floor, Dirty Diana, and more. You can check out the clip via YouTube below.https://youtu.be/K6k-C4m1LtcThe project will be released on September 29th, but it was made clear that there will be no new music released on it. Rolling Stone reports that John Branca, co-executor of Michael Jackson’s estate, informed many of the following;

    “I don’t foresee us releasing any more unreleased music for quite some time,” Branca said. “That doesn’t mean there won’t be interesting [new] record releases in the very near future.”

    With the video showing Halloween- themed effects, it should be safe to assume that this new project will be centered around Halloween but we will have to wait until it is fully released to find out.  For those who can’t wait, you have the opportunity to get a first listen to a mash-up of Blood on the Dance Floor and Dangerous by using Shazam on any Michael Jackson song.

    There has clearly been a lot of dopeness that has been taking place in the world of music lately and another discovery has been made with special thanks to Facebook.  While doing the usual scrolling, I came across this page called DanceFloor and on it, I saw the most beautiful thing ever… a dance tribute to the late Michael Jackson by Tobias Ellehammer.Tobias Ellehammer, a young dancer/ choreographer from Copenhagen, Denmark, first burst onto the dancing scene when his dance video to Janet Jackson’s song “BurnItUp” went viral on YouTube. Now Ellehammer is taking the world by storm with his dance tributes and fantastic moves.In the dance tribute video, Ellehammer recreated the classic Michael Jackson hit song, “Black and White” with the same message as the King of Pop but with a twist. As we all know, Jackson’s “Black or White” song and the video speaks about equality for all, so Ellehammer decided to honor his message and Jackson with a dance routine that captivates the message in the song perfectly.Tobias Ellehammer took his talents to blend with other dancers from other countries to make an unforgettable statement that is heavily needed within today’s society. See for yourself how amazing this routine is. The King of Pop would be proud.Tobias Ellehammer: Black or White
