The estate of Angus Cloud is being sued by his former assistant due to unpaid wages.

According to reports, Angus’ mother, Lisa Cloud, is currently in a legal battle against two creditors over alleged debts. The former personal assistant, Jonathan Kim, claims that he is owed more than $300,000 in unpaid compensation. Kim’s complaint comes after, Angus’ former manager Diomi Cordero, also claimed that he was owed $94,000 in unpaid wages.

Lisa, however, has opposed both claims and the alleged fees and claims that neither one of them should be paid by the estate, which will be worth an estimated $1 million. Cordero and Kim have 90 days to respond to the claims before it is rejected.

Last July, Angus Cloud passed away at the age of 25 from an accidental drug overdose. His body was discovered in his family’s Oakland home. Since his untimely passing, his estate has been facing legal troubles of unpaid wages and unsettled debt.
