Leaving Neverland: A Documentary About Michael Jackson’s Sexual Abuse Set to Premiere at Sundance

In light of the recently released docuseries Survivng R. Kelly, a series that documented the singers sexual assault, abuse and relations with both minors and older women, a new documentary is in the works and this time it’s about the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

Leaving Neverland, a four-part documentary that will tell the story of two men,now in their 30s, who allegedly had a full relationship with Jackson, when they were 7 and 10 years old. The film will be shown on two consecutive nights and it was approved by British broadcaster channel 4.

Jackson’s family and estate have already denied and denounced these allegations about Jackson, claiming that this is another plot to extort money from him. Back in 2005, Jackson was acquitted of child molestation charges.

The documentary is supposed to premiere at the Sundance movie festival later this year.

There is no official release date on when the documentary will air.
