They don’t call her Queen Bey for nothing. The multi- Grammy award winning singer has put her popularity to good use, by signing three young girls to her management company Parkwood Entertainment with a five year contract for $1.5 million. The lucky young ladies are the sister duo, known for their YouTube videos, Chloe (17) and Halle (15) Bailey and Sophie Beem (14), who was a finalist on the hit show X-Factor. The Bailey sisters and Beem have some stipulations in their contracts. The sisters $1 million contract includes a deal for the girls to record six albums and if they score a hit it would bring more money. While Beem’s contract is inked for $560,000 with an option to record due to the artist management team who believes that she isn’t ready to record songs. According to NY Daily News, “Parkwood Music believes that Sophie’s music will be best showcased with a band”.
Parkwood Entertainment was created by Beyoncé back in 2008 when she decided to start managing herself. The company has been really successful. It has helped the singer with her 2011 “4” album as well as her self titled album “Beyoncé” in 2013 and we all know how much of a success those albums were. Those three young girls will take the music world by storm. Here is clip of the Bailey Sisters singing Pretty Hurts by Beyonce.
